Patient Consultant - Assist each patient with outstanding service at point of sale by helping them assess their needs, providing appropriate product knowledge, and conducting each transaction with compassion, warmth and gentleness.
Ombuds Associate - Responsible for welcoming each patient and creating an environment where patients feel truly cared for, valued and respected, conducts new patient orientation and registration, provides information about our policies and applicable laws and regulations, and serve as a resource to assist patients with questions, concerns, and special needs.
Processing Associate – Responsible for quality control and packaging of medicine, ensuring accuracy and consistently while applying the highest-quality standards for our medicine and packaging.
